基于FJCORS的高精度定位在国土管理中的应用研究

近年来,国土资源的保障发展、保护资源、维护权益任务日益加重,国土资源管理工作迫切需要运用高精度定位、远程监管等现代信息技术手段进行规范和创新管理。因此,根据国土管理工作的实际需要,本文基于FJCORS的特点,简要介绍了FJCORS对于提高国土管理效率的作用和意义,并研究了方位角采集、内外网数据交换等关键技术。最后,以土地整理开发复垦业务为例,搭建基于FJCORS的远程监管平台,解决了国土远程监管的数据采集精度问题,有效提升了国土资源管理水平与工作效率。

Research on the Application of High Precision Positioning in Land Management Based on FJCORS

In recent years,the task of the protection,development to the land resource has been aggravated increasingly.It's an urgent need for the management of the land resource to use high precision positioning and remote monitoring and management.Therefore,according to the actual demand of the land management,the paper introduced briefly the performance of FJCORS for improving the efficiency of the land management based on the feature to FJCORS,and did some research for gathering azimuthal angle,transform data between internal network and internet and so on.Finally,with the development of the land consolidation and reclamation as an application demonstration,the platform of remote monitoring and management was built to solve the problem to precision of collecting data for improving the land management's efficiency.
