小秦岭深部探矿项目某标段钻探施工方法探讨

摘    要:从钻孔护壁堵漏、钻孔结构、事故预防与处理措施等方面对小秦岭深部探矿项目某标段钻探施工方法进行了探索,特别是强护壁性能的冲洗液和多级大量套管技术的应用取得突破,基本解决了第四系、第三系加断层泥埋藏深度达600~800 m的厚覆盖层钻探施工难题,为该类地层施工提供了经验。

Abstract:Discussion is made on drilling construction of borehole wall protection & leakage control, borehole structure, accident prevention and treatment method in the deep prospecting project in Xiaoqinling, especially the application breakthrough of washing fluid with strong wall protection performance and multilevel casing technology basically resolved construction difficulties in thick overburden with buried depth of 600 -800m in quaternary and tertiary with fault gouge.
