摘    要:为了明确地分析原子钟的时域频率稳定性特性,本文在给出各种方差估计式的基础上,分析了影响原子钟时域稳定性的主要因素,如能量谱噪声、频率漂移、无数据段以及周期变化分量等,并给出了相应的改正方法。

Abstract:In order to have a better understanding of the characteristic of time - domain frequency stability of the atomic clock, the estimators of the various variances are first given in the paper. Then the analysis of the effect of the main error sources on the time - domain frequency stability is carried out, which include power law noises, frequency drift, dead time, periodic components and etc. And the corresponding modified method to the Allan variance is also given.
