风机基础结构有限元分析

摘    要:本文利用ANSYS软件建立风机基础的有限元模型,将数值计算结果与常规设计进行对比,发现风机基础结构设计中可能存在的问题。研究金属环和基础截面尺寸对结构受力的影响,分析变形、应力分布、荷载分配、裂缝规律,并提出设计建议。

Abstract:The finite element model of wind generator foundation was established by ANSYS software.According to the comparison between numerical calculation result and common design,the problem existing in the foundation structure design of wind generator was discovered.In addition,in this paper,the effect on the structure force caused by ferrule distortion,stress distribution,load assignment and crack law.
