| Abstract: | The article states four aspects in detail in the process of computer supported charting of geologic map:the formation of geologic informational data base,the digitizing of geologic factors,the automation of charting synthesis and computer management of geologic symbols. It especially puts forward the plan of dividing map layer in digitizing the map sheet of area geologic survey. |
