| Abstract: | The financial crisis seriously influences the world economy and the employment of labor force.Meanwhile,it brings both opportunities and challenge to the graduates.The article aims at cultivating the graduate’s core competency of employment through optimizing physical humanities quality,knowledge structure and adding the education of innovative undertaking and career planning which integrate employment sources. |
