| 摘 要： | 气象工作的根本任务是为国民经济建设和社会发展服务的，为各级领导的决策提供可靠的资料和依据。异常气候监测分析系统以适时全省气象信息为依据，运用气候统计方法得出气象要素极值，提高了气候分析的准确性和异常年表制作的质量。同时该系统又设计和建立了良好的计算机运行环境(数据存放环境、网络环境)，为江苏省气候分析和气候业务提供了快捷、准确、可视性强的工作条件。

| Abstract: | The ultimate task of weather work is to serve national economy and social development.It provides leader with credible data and gist.Based on province weather information,by using climate statistics the extrema of meteorologic elements were given by this system.The accuracy of climate analysis and the making of annual forms of abnormality were improved.The satisfactory environment of computer operation,such as data deposit and network environment was established.It offered a rapid,accurate work condition for climate analysis. |
