城镇化道路与河南小城镇发展

文章在中国和河南省的城镇化道路进行了分析的基础上，针对河南省城值化发展中存在的问题，提出采用城乡结合、城市和小城镇发展相结合的多途径综合模式来提高河南省的城镇化水平，并进一步提出了河南省小城镇发展的对策与措施：在农村实施小城镇 动战略，制定小城镇发展规划和建设规划，根据城镇化类型确定小城镇发展途径，用改革的办法促进小城镇的发展，加快小城镇基础设施建设，小城镇建设与乡镇企业集中布局相结合等。

On the Way of Urbanization and the Development of Towns in Henan Province

Based on the analysis of the way of urbanization in China and Henan province, in the light of the existing problems in the urbanization process of Henan, this paper advances a comprehensive model to raise the urbanization level in Henan. Some countermeasures for the development of towns in Henan are also promoted in this paper, including: implementing small town driving strategy in rural area; promoting town planning; determining the development way according to different type of the town; enforcing the development of small town by institutional reform; speeding up the construction of infrastructure in towns and the spatial concentration of township enterprises.
