| Abstract: | The principle of the large power DC voltage regulator with the collector output is presented and its characteristics are analysed in detail in this paper. Besides, the method of selecting divices, the design of the tubulator radiator used for power transistor and the design of the on-off switch of power FET, as well as the specific function of protecting circuit are described. Finally, the results of analysis and test for this voltage regulator are shown in this paper. |
