| Abstract: | Accorting to the precipitation data of 12 meteorological stations in the agriculture area in the east Qinghai Province, the author analyses the dip ratio of precipitation climate and the yearly precipitation variation tendency in spring in the area, discusses the spring atmosphere and soil drought trend and puts forward some hazard countermeasures. |
