| 摘 要： | 基于Web采用“3层架构”分离和“B／S”模式，利用Windows服务技术，选用SQLServer2000数据库平台，构建了成都（西南）区域气象技术装备信息智能管理系统。系统具有新一代天气雷达、探空雷达、自动站等气象探测设备的智能化实时监测和实时语音报警、短信报警和气象材料存储、订购、维修和使用信息的宏观控制和综合管理功能。该系统提高了台站值班人员的工作效率和设备使用率，实现了西南区域内气象信息资源共享，为大气探测设备更新发展提供了信息交流平台。
