| 摘 要： | 结合我国房地产现状，剖析了现存问题的深层原因，阐述了应对解决措施；并对房地产是否为支柱产业、房价与地价的关系作了深入的理论探讨，为房地产业的健康发展提出了对策建议。前几年，我曾发表过几篇文章，探讨房地产业存在问题及解决办法。这几年，政府加强了保障性住房供应的力度，这是一个重大的变化。但还有许多问题，没有从根本上解决。社会上围绕着房地产业仍然是议论纷纷，论者各执一端。

| Abstract: | Based on Chinese real estate industry developing situation,this paper dissects the depth origins of living problem and goes deep into theoretical probing the relationship of land rent and land price whether the real estate industry is the mainstay industry,and expounds the strong pointed solution ways.Finally it submits the realistic countermeasures and proposals to promote the real estate industry healthy developing. |
