螺旋CT扫描高分辨薄层对肺内微小结节诊断的评价

本文通过对２０例小于１ｃｍ的肺内微小结节病灶的分析，比较了螺旋ＣＴ扫描，常规ＣＴ扫描，及胸部平片在临床应用的价值，认为螺旋ＣＴ扫描高分辨薄层重建可以提高肺内微小结节的检出率，并有利于研究结节的内部，边缘和结节的周围情况，从而对早期肺癌的定性诊断和鉴别诊断有重要价值。

Evaluation of Diagnosis to Pulmonary Micronodules in High Resolution Thin Slice Reconstruction After Spiral CT Scan

This article compares the vaines of plain film, routine CT and spiral CT diagnosis of 20 pulmonary micronodules with diameter less than 1 cm, confirms advantage of the technique with high resolution thin slice reconstruction after spiral CT scan in diagnosis to pulmonary micronodules, sets the helpness on the technique to study the core structures, the edge and the circumstance of the micronodules, also play important role of the technique to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of primary pulmonary carcinoma
