罗68区块钻井液技术的研究与应用

摘    要:罗68区块地质构造复杂,上部井段钻遇大段造浆地层;二开井眼大,裸眼段长;沙河街组发育断层、盐膏层和高压油气层,井壁失稳严重,钻井施工难度大.通过优选聚合物防塌钻井液体系和聚磺抗高温防塌钻井液体系,辅助现场钻井液维护处理工艺,取得了良好的应用效果,为该区块优质、安全、高效钻井提供了技术支持.

Study and Application of Drilling Fluid Technology in Luo 68 Block

Abstract:The geologic structures are complex in Luo 68 block. Long mud making formation was penetrated during drilling. The hole size of the second spud was large and the barefoot interval was long in the second interval. The borehole was instability due to the faulted formation, slat beds and high pressure hydrocarbon reservoir in Shahejie formation. By means of optimizing polymer anticaving drilling fluid and sulphonated polymer anti-temperature and anti-caving drilling fluid, with the help of onsite drilling fluid techniques, good application effect was obtained. This technology provided support to drill other wells safely and high effectively in the oilfield.
