| Abstract: | According to professional requirement, the evaluation method in both quality and difference of the data collected from automatic weather station was established. The quality evaluation includes the ratio of lacking observation and abnormal data. The deference evaluation includes the average, standard error, maximum , minimum , the ratio of consistency , the conformation ratio of wind direction and the error percentage of precipitation of the data compared with the data collected from manual observation . With this method, we evaluated the quality and the deference of the data from 49 automatic weather stations in Henan. |
