数值预报产品和卫星云图在“98.6”暴雨过程中的应用

在 1998年 6月 16 - 2 6日连续暴雨预报中 ,综合利用数值产品、卫星云图、天气图经验预报法三方面的信息 ,对天气系统的演变 ,利用经验加以恰当的订正 ,大大提高了预报水平。并认识到积极利用数值预报产品和卫星云图 ,并不断总结出地方性实用经验 ,是过渡到未来的综合性现代化预报方法的必由之路

Application of numerical forecast products and satellite cloud picture in "98.6" storm process

In the forecast of the continuous storm during June 16 ~ 26, 1998, we comprehensively utilized the information from the three forecast methods of numerical products, satellite cloud picture and synoptic chart experience forecasting to make proper correction to the evolution of weather system, greatly increasing the forecast accuracy. Hence, we realized that the necessary route to the modern comprehensive forecasting is to vigorously utilize numerical forecast products and satellite cloud picture and to generalize local practical experience on this basis.
