多元数字海图应用关键技术研究

摘    要:按照海上部队作战的需要和武器装备的特点引入数字海图技术,完成各类海图数据源的集成,形成由 CDC 海图数据、军用陆图数据、IHO S-57 国际标准数据、遥感影像数据、美军 DNC 数据、商用的 MapInfo 数据等组成的,海陆空统一的数字海图调用与显示平台,实现不同数据源的管理、存储、查询等方式的一致性。 把数字海图国际标准与国内电子海图的技术实践相结合,首次实现了自主知识版权的同一平台上多元海图数据的同时调显。 按照完备性、简单性、规范性的原则,对解析数据采用面向对象的数据组织方法,首次实现了美军 DNC 数据与 IHO S-57 模型的融合。 按照 SIMS 技术体系,首次建立了与数字海图相关的空间数据通用调显引擎,实现了多元海图数据的集成。 以四叉树索引模型为基础,建立了高效的 SENC 体系,实现了海量空间数据的管理与调度,达到了全球数据调显的实用化。 对平台内含所有数据(矢量、栅格)采用加密技术,通过数据、平台、硬件的三级绑定,使得数据的版权得到了充分的保护,并达到了军用数据的保密要求。 为我军研制与海图相关的各类舰载、机载、指挥导航等应用系统打下坚实的基础,为融合外版的电子海图提供了技术保障平台。

Abstract:According to the campaign requirement of army,together with the characteristic of weapons and equipments,it is very important to introduce digital chart technology to integrate various data sources of chart,to form an aeroamphibious uniform ECDIS,which consist of CDC chart data,Military-Land-Map data,IHO S-57 data,RS data and MapInfo data,to realize consistency of manage,store and query of various data. This paper integrates the international standard of digital chart and internal practice of digital chart technology,realizes an independent platform to display multi-source chart. According to the principle of maturity, simpleness, standardization,it parses data using OO method,and realizes the fusion of American troop''s DNC data and IHO S-57 model. According to the architecture of SIMS,it establishes a universal display engine related with digital chart. Based on quartic-bifurcate tree, it establishes SENC architecture of high performance realizes the management and schedule of spatial data of great capacity,achieves the practicality of global data display. By encrypting all the data ( vector and image) in this platform,binding the data with platform and hardware,it protects the copyright of data very well,and meets the security requirement of military data. This platform sets up foundation for developing application systems related with chart in ships,airplanes,commands and navigations, and provides technology supporting platform for fusing overseas chart.
