| 摘 要： | 选择用材林收益、经济林收益、水源涵养、防止泥沙流失、防止土壤养分流失、释放氧气，增加就业等７项指标进行林地效益综合评估。结果表明，长乐林场林地经济效益仅占综合效益的８．４％，另外９１．６％的综合效益都因资源外溢而形成林地外部效应。

| Abstract: | Forestry is a unity of woodland and the attached substance.The comprehensive effect of woodland includes economy, ecology and society effect.Four ways appraising the comprehensive effect of woodland are the enviroment_effect method, income_loss method, traveling cost method and condition_valuation method. According to characteristics of Changle forestry centre, main functions of woodland and limitations of collected data,the appraisal chooses 7 indexes.The economy effect is 8.4 percent and the overflowed external effect is 91.6 percent. |
