摘    要:描述性地说明利用统计与空间划分气象数据等级来对中小尺度气象系统运动进行估算性地获取其对帧的时间序列理论。理论上,使用分层集群聚类技术对即使很小的对流单体也能被在很短的时间内跟踪,而其流动性的较大的特点,在数据获得的层面上由国家气象局在雷达和卫星监测云层顶端红外温度和相应传感器作统一的校准,以便在不同区域识别误差最小。

Abstract:This paper illustrated descriptively the time series theory of obtaining frame on small medium-scale meteorological systems using the method of statistics and space partition meteorological data rank. Theory, using hierarchical clustering technology, even if very small convection cell could be tracked in a short period of time, national meteorological bureau made a unified calibration on relative sensors and infrared temperature that was monitored by radar and satellite, in order to minimized identification errors in the different regions.
