摘    要:在阐述了广东海岸带可持续发展决策支持系统的概念后,根据系统的应用需求,确立了系统的总体目标和功能结构,并重点研究了地理信息技术、空间元数据、空间数据仓库技术和决策支持模型与方法等关键技术,在广东海岸带复杂动态海量多源数据的获取、更新、管理、分析与决策中的重要意义和作用,力求为广东海岸带可持续发展决策支持系统的详细分析设计和开发实践提供规范化的解决方案。

Abstract:Guangdong Province has 3 368 km long coastal line, about 1/5 of China's. Because of its abundant resources and advantageous conditions, Guangdong coastal areas have played an enormous and important role in the development of modern society and economy in the Province even in China. However, the inappropriate pattern of economic development and increasingly explosive growing of population have put immense pressure on the resources and environment of the coastal zone. How to take effective measures and adopt integrated management means to ensure sustainable development in the coastal areas is ever becoming a focus that attracts close attentions of the governmental and academic sectors recently. It is urgent and important to solve the problem to establish an advanced decision support system for the coastal zone sustainable development to help scientific decision-making and carry out integrated coastal zone management. The authors mainly introduce the framework of Guangdong Coastal Zone Sustainable Development Decision Support System (GCZSDDSS), including its requirements, general objectives, functional structure, and pivotal technologies. The emphasis is put on the crucial role of GIS, RS and GPS in the setting-up of GCZSDDSS and the methods of the GCZSDDSS are discussed in forms of the complexity of features of coastal zone enormous spatial data, which aims at providing a normative solution for the detail analysis, design and development of the GCZSDDSS.
