浅谈超大超重罐槽柔性地基施工技术

摘    要:航天员综合试验训练楼内基础中性浮力水槽,是我国航天员地面模拟太空失重环境训练重要设施,作者以中性浮力水槽为例,重点研究超大超重罐槽柔性地基施工技术控制难题,在大量的实地试验研究基础上,解决了工程施工过程中的许多关键性技术难题,保证了试验任务的按期完成。

Abstract:The Astronaut Comprehensive Training Building is our country's independent construction base that is similar to the world astronaut comprehensive training center. It's built tasks astronaut weightlessness traipsing and walking extravehicular to provide technical support, manned space project to step a plan of astronaut extravehicular walking and extravehicular experimental target lays next solid. The neutral buoyancy tank in the Astronaut Comprehensive Training Building is the important training site for China's astronauts to simulate space weightlessness So this paper takes the neutral buoyancy tank as an example, and focuses on the study on the stiller-heavy tank on the and large volume vessel weld crack construction technique. A large of key technical problems have been solved, such as the super-heavy tanks on flexible foundation and large volume vessel welding construction technology. As a result, a good defense and economic benefit are got to assure the test task to finish on schedule.
