| 摘 要： | 统计遥感基础地理数据库标准的研究和编制,是国家统计遥感各级业务部门之间进行数据共享和应用的基础。在分析统计遥感业务对基础地理信息需求的基础上,研究统计遥感基础地理数据库包含的要素及其之间的关系,设计统计遥感基础地理数据库结构及要素的编码体系。最后提出标准编制流程,基于PowerDesigner进行数据库模型设计,以形成高质量和高效率的标准设计和编制流程。
