| 摘 要： | 现行人事档案管理中,存在着观念未能更新、现代化管理水平不高和干部档案材料不齐全、不规范等问题。针对这些问题,需要从转变观念入手,加强领导、加强硬件建设、提高档案管理人员素质及对人事档案实行信息化管理,以达到更好地利用干部档案的实际效能,为干部管理工作提供优质服务的目的。

| Abstract: | Management of personal file is now faced with such main problems as outdated concept, ill-considered management and incomplete filing database. To counter these problems, firstly, concepts of filing personnel should be updated and then direction of filing work strengthened, perfection of filing equipment stressed and quality of filing managers enhanced for future informatized management, finally achieving the goal of providing better service for cadre administration through making the best possible use of cadre files. |
