| Abstract: | This article first presents the situations and methods of the applications of International Maritime Conventions in China.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of efficiency,scope and legal effect of application is analyzed.Finally,some suggestions on improving the present methods,such as amending the constitution,enacting special laws,expanding regulations,and so on is put forward. |
