摘    要:由于多种原因,许多区域空间数据采用了OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium,开放地理空间信息联盟)定义的WKT(Well-known Text,熟知文本)规范建立了自定义坐标系,如何将这些自定义坐标系增加到空间数据库Oracle Spatial中是一个亟待解决的问题。本文把自定义坐标系中的WKT转换成OGC中定义的坐标系对象,根据坐标系对象的参数,把坐标系增加到空间数据库Oracle Spatial中,并使用目前非常流行的Google(谷歌)投影作为示例进行了验证。结果表明,该方法实现将自定义坐标系添加到Oracle Spatial中,并且具有快速、高效、通用等优点。

Abstract:Due to a variety of reasons , many of the regional spatial data using WKT ( Well-known Text ) specification defined by OGC ( Open Geospatial Consortium ) establishes a user -defined coordinate system .How to increase this user -defined coordinate system to spatial databases in Oracle Spatial is an urgent problem .This paper converts the user -defined coordinate system WKT into OGC defined coordinate system object , according to the parameters coordinate system object , increasing the coordinate space to Oracle Spatial database , and uses the very popular Google projection as an example to verify .The results show that this method realizes the way of adding a user -defined coordinate system to the Oracle Spatial and at the same time has a fast , efficient, universal advantages .
