| Abstract: | This paper illustrates for the first time the changing characters of Sr isotopic com-positions in the reef sequence of Xichen-1 well from Xisha Islands within the period fromLate Miocene to the end of Pleistocene,and also discusses its relationship with diagene-sis and paleo-oceanographic events and its significance. |
