| 摘 要： | 介绍了GLONASS系统现代化的进展，从卫星可见性和位置精度因子两方面探讨了其可用性。通过中国境内不同纬度IGS 站实测数据分析，表明了大多数时间内可观测GLONASS卫星超过了4颗。目前，GLONASS在全球范围内位置精度因子较小，星座分布也较合理，在经历现代化进程后，其可用性已有了大幅提高。

| Abstract: | The progress of the modernization of GlONASS system are introduced .Dis-cuss the availability from number of visible satellites and Position Dilution of Precision .The result resolved with the data collected from IGS stations which set in China in different lati-tudes shows that at most time GLONASS satellites observed is more than 4 ,and because of reasonable constellation distribution ,Its Position Dilution of Precision is very small in world-wide .Compare previous data to illustrate that after the process of modernization ,GLONASS availability has been a substantial increase . |
