| Abstract: | The measured and calculated intensities of the 6300 Å emission are compared on the basis of the measured Doppler temperature and intensity of the red emission during night and twilight and the F2 layer parameters. There is satisfactory correlation between them for the quiet geomagnetic periods (Kp? 2). |
