广东纯石灰岩山区人口外迁后的环境保护与旅游开发设想

分布在广东省西北部的纯石灰岩山区自然资源十分贫乏，自然条件十分恶劣，土地的人口承载力十分低，已采取外迁人口，以求从根本上解决其极端贫困的措施。人口外迁以后的石灰岩山区应继续发展林业，改善生态环境，创造条件建成国家森林公园或自然保护区，并适当发展旅游业，变无用地为有用地。

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN POOR LIMESTONE MOUNTAIN REGIONS AFTER MOVING PEOPLE OUT

he poor limestone mountain regions in Guangdong are situated in subtropical zone with plentiful sunshine and rainfall.But poverty in natural resources, degrsdation of ecological envirment and low bearing capacity of land have limited the development of the rations which are the poorest in Guangdong.In recent years,for mitigating the population pressure on the land parts of the people have been moved to other places from the regions.The author considers that after moving people out,vegetation on the mountain should be recovered throush closing hillsides to facilitate afforsetation so as to approve ecological environment;a large area of limestone mountains can be built into natural forest park or natural reservesl then some scenic spots with necessary fundamental facilities can be built for tourism.
