大斜度定向井钻井技术

摘    要:大斜度定向井能够穿越多个油层,增加油气泄漏面积,从而提高单井产量。通过对葡182-斜154井施工难点分析,在施工前进行了井身结构及轨迹剖面优化,施工中,选用合理的钻具组合及钻进参数,配以井眼清洁技术、减少摩擦阻力降低扭矩技术、井壁稳定技术等安全钻井技术措施,保证了这口大斜度定向井的顺利施工。

Abstract:High angle directional well can run through many oil reservoirs and increase oil and gas leakage area to improve the production of single well.Through the analysis on the difficulties in well Pu182-Xie154 construction, the casing pro-gram and the trajectory profile are optimized before the construction.Rational BHA and drilling parameters are selected to-gether with the safety drilling technical measures of hole cleaning technology, friction resistance and torque reducing tech-nologies and wellbore stability technology, which ensure the smooth construction of this high angle directional well.
