摘    要:采用降水入渗系数法和径流模数法,计算得到天然资源量和可开采资源量等。该方法可根据不同计算块段的水文地质条件赋予不同参数,结果更接近实际;通过水文分析法,求得不同降水频率年份的径流量和天然资源量,认为2003水文年为偏枯年。统计法求得在天然和建库条件下的可采资源量。而用动态分析法,计算了可采资源量和天然调蓄量,认为大旱年份系统天然调蓄量仍小于估测地下库容。上述不同方法计算得到的结果,特别是可采资源量,可靠程度较高,可比性强,为拟建水库设计提供了科学依据。

Abstract:We calculate the natural resources and recoverable resources by the methods of infiltration and runoff coefficient which enables us to give different coefficients according to the hydrogeological condition and make the results more suitable to the actual situation.The natural runoff resources and natural resources under the different frequency of precipitation are also calculated by the method of hydrological analysis,the results show that 2003 is the second low-water year.By methods of the statistic and hydrological dynamic analysis,the recoverable resources under the condition of natural and factitious regulation,and the natural adjustment that of the system is calcualated respectively,the results indicate that the natural adjustment capacity is still smaller than capability of the estimated underground space.These results calculated by different methods,especially the recoverable resources,have high reliability and comparability and provide the scientific data to the designning of the planning reservoir.
