| Abstract: | The paper mainly expounds the basic theory of GPS baseline solution,analyses the quality control in the baseline solution,and uses the TBC software in the case of the calculation of a new city control network.Meanwhile the baseline quality of the calculation is under control in the process of calculation and finally the paper assesses the results of the control points. |
