| 摘 要： | 数字化城市管理简称数字城管,就是指用信息化手段和移动通信技术手段来处理、分析和管理整个城市的所有城管部件和城管事件信息,促进城市管理的现代化的信息化措施。本文以宁波为例通过研究宁波的数字城管的结构组成、管理模式、工作流程、运行绩效,从中发现不足之处并进行分析,最后给出建议。

| Abstract: | Digital city management refers to using information technology and mobile communication technology to deal with components and event information of the entire city,promote the modern information measurement of the city management.By taking Ningbo as an example and through the study of Ningbo digital urban management structure,management mode,working procedure,operation performance,the paper finds the deficiencies,conducts the analysis,and finally gives suggestions. |
