| Abstract: | The karyottype of Ernogrammus hexagrammus was studied from its spleen by the colchicine hypotonic - air drying - Giemsa staining. The diploid chromosome number of Ernogrammus hexagrammus was found to be 48. The fundamental chromosome number (NF) is 48. They may be all telocentric chromosomes. |
