| 摘 要： | 我国西部地区许多流域水能水电资源潜力较大，若正确开发和合理利用，对落后的西部地区发展具有现实意义。本文以西部革地达其河为例，通过对当地的水文气象、河川径流进行分析，从而对当地水能水电进行了定量计算，为当地发展提供依据。

| Abstract: | There are great potential in many small valleys in the west of China, therefore, appropriate development and utilization can play a realistic role to the backward west. Taking the Daqi River as an example, through scientific analysis of local hydrometeor and river flows, the writers make quantitative calculations on the hydro-energy and hydropower so as to lay the foundation for economic development. |
