| Abstract: | A method of determination of negative ion in mineral water by the gradient elution by ion chromatography is confirmed through experimentation. The detection limit of the method for negative ion is 5.4～25.5ng/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of negative ion in mineral water with precision of 0.33%～1.10% RSD(n=12). |
