摘    要:针对以人工方式为主的传统输电网污区的管理方式所具有的精度不高和效率低下、数据更新慢、绘图周期长等缺陷,就集成全球定位系统(GPS)和地理信息系统(GIS)技术,建立了人工辅助下输电网污区图自动绘制流程。以京、津、唐地区2002年污区图为例,充分应用GIS空间分析功能,便捷地生成污源分布、盐密点分布、污区对比等专题图,为输电网污区的自动化管理提供新的解决方法。

Abstract:The conventional management of transmission network pollution area depends mainly on heavy manual work, which has low accuracy and efficiency, slowly data updating and map making. Based on the integration of Global Positioning System (GPS) and Geographic Information System ( GIS) , an automatic transmission network pollution area map making with guidance from man intervention has been proposed. Taking the pollution maps over Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan region as an example, the spatial analysis capacity is fully employed to develop various maps of special themes, such as pollution source distribution map, salt density distribution map and pollution comparison map, and so on. Therefore it provides a novel solution to polluted power network areas management.
