加强中国绿洲的研究与建设

加强绿洲的研究和建设是我国西北干旱区持续发展中的重大问题。绿洲的地位与作用十分显著，加强开发整治是个紧迫任务。应运用先进的科技手段和方法重点研究绿洲形成、为规律、绿洲区域社会、经济资源、环境持续发展的整体战略及其优化调控。同时应重视和加强绿洲化建设。

STRENGTHEN THE RESEARCH AND CONSTRUCTION OF OASES IN CHINA

It is an important isssue to strengthen the research and construction of oases in the sustainable development in the arid land of Northwest China. Because the position and role of oases are quite remarkable, it is an urgent task to reinforce the exploitation and renovation of oases. The advanced scientific and technological means and methods should be taken in the study on the formation and evolution of oases, the overall strategy and optimized regulation of sustainable development of the society, economy, resources and environment in oases. The dedesertification construction should be emphasized and strengthened at the same time.
