摘    要:从减少地震波吸收的角度考虑建筑物的安全性,对提升普通农居房屋的抗震性能提出一种新的设计思路。具体做法:一是设计并应用了新的建筑构件承载结构棒和新结构砌块砖;二是将框架结构技术有效应用到普通房屋的建造中,使普通农居房屋具有了框架结构的稳固作用效果;三是对墙体砖块采用捆绑加固手段,并将房屋的墙体结构和屋顶结构实现整体式连接;四是对地基结构进行改进,采用了减震和隔震手段。通过上述做法既加强了墙体强度,消除了应力集中的可能性,同时通过减轻屋顶重量达到降低、缓解地震作用力的目的。

Abstract:This article considers building security through reducing the absorption of seismic waves, puts forward new design ideas to ascend the seismic performance of rural buildings. Specific approaches: first, apply new bearing structure rods and new structure bricks; Second, apply frame structure technology effectively to the common home building to firm ordinary rural houses; Third, bound to wall bricks by means of reinforcement, in the meantime, connect the house wall structure with roof, form the integration effect; Fourth, improve foundation structure by means of isolating and damping shock. Through the above practice, we not only strengthen the wall structure, eliminate the possibility of stress concentration, but also reduce the roof weight to reach the purpose of alleviating seismic forces.
