关于我国目前地震预报水平,目标,体制,科学思路及发展战略的思考

我国的地震预报经过３０年的实践、理论研究及３次较大规模的科研攻关，已经取得了令人瞩目的成绩和长足进步。该文首先对此进行了全面深入的分析，不仅总结出了成绩和水平，而且还深刻地指出了问题所在，并在此基础上，对我国今后地震预报的目标、研究体制、研究科学思路等问题提出了自己的看法、认识及建议，以供专业人员参考研究。
