遥感数据订购与管理软件的开发与应用

本文提出对于有固定轨道的遥感数据订购利用遥感卫星轨道矢量图与全国行政境界矢量图可以快速准确查询出需要订购的景号,对于没有固定轨道的遥感数据订购利用全国行政境界矢量图可以快速准确计算出需要的拐点坐标从而为编程订购提供保障,同时还提供多种订购方法。本文还研究了遥感数据的建库,利用遥感影像(TM与SPOT)的信息建立全国遥感影象数据库,提供多种查询方法。最后本文提出遥感数据订购与管理的工艺流程,并对遥感数据订购与管理的应用进行了展望。

The development and application of remote sensing data order and management software system

This paper introduces a method that order of remote sensing data with fixed orbit can quickly querie the position of need order satellite data by the vector of satellite and national administrational boundary,and order of remote sensing data without fixed orbit can quickly calculate the boundary point of monitoring area by national administrational boundary and programmed order.It provides many order method.The paper also studies the foundation of remote sensing database.By using the information from TM and SPOT,it constructs a national database of remote sensing data,and provides many query method. Finally the paper introduces the flow of order and management of remote sensing data,and analyses the prospect of this software system.
