| Abstract: | Marine is characteristic and potential superiority of Shandong province, hence the exploitation of resources and turing the potential superiority would be the guarantee to the economic sustained development of Shandong province. The author analyzes the resources superiority, development situation, and puts forward the guiding ideology and principle, at the end the author probes into the exploitation and space distribution of marine industry. |
