水位统计分析中的几个问题

在指出水位统计系列一致性易受破坏的基础上，介绍了现行对水位系列一致性改正的几种方法、特征水位统计分布的线型，并提出了由于受基准面标高的影响，水位频率分析仍采用统计参数Cx的不合理性，建议改用均方差的具体改正意见。

Some Issues Concerned with Statistical Analysis of Water Stages

This paper, based on the fact that consistency of stage statistical series is likely to be broken, presents several methods to correct its consistency and statistical distribution curves of typical stages. In addition, this paper also points out the irrationality of adopting statistical parameter Cv for analysis of stage frequency under the condition of stage having been influenced by using different datum levels, for which it suggests a specific improvement solution of mean square deviation.
