壳聚糖改性吸附剂的制备及其吸附性能研究

摘    要:利用壳聚糖与香草醛反应生成的希夫碱壳聚糖(VCG),通过在其一级羟基上进行交联,制备出壳聚糖缩香草醛螯合树脂(S-VCG)。用红外光谱对其结构进行表征,并研究其对重金属离子Cu2 和Pb2 的吸附特性。结果表明:壳聚糖缩香草醛螯合树脂(S-VCG)对Cu2 的平衡吸附时间4h,最大吸附量的pH≈3.2,吸附量约为43.1mg/g,对Pb2 平衡吸附时间5h,最大吸附量的pH≈4,吸附量约为110mg/g。S-VCG具有较强的抗酸性。

Abstract:Modified chitosan(VCG) is prepared via Schiff's reaction,on the basis of which,adsorbent(S-VCG) is prepared by adding epichlorohydrin.Their structures are identified by IR and the adsorbent is investigated in relation to its adsorption behavior for Cu~(2 ) and Pb~(2 ),as well as the effect of pH and time.The results indicate that the equilibrium time of adsorption for Cu~(2 ),Pb~2 are 4h and 5h,respectively,the pH value corresponding to the highest adsorption capacity of the adsorbent is 3.2 for Cu~(2 ) and the adsorption capacity is(43.1)mg/g,for Pb~(2 ) the pH value is 4 and the adsorption capacity is 110mg/g.Besides,S-VCG is strongly antacid.
