| 摘 要： | 2008年1月12日至2月20日,桂林市区及各县遭受了1951年以来持续时间最长,平均气温低,覆盖范围广,破坏力强的低温雨雪冰冻灾害性天气。对交通、电力、通信等行业,特别是农作物造成严重灾害。通过分析这次冰冻雨雪天气过程的特征及各种农作物的受灾情况,总结经验,为今后的农业生产提供指导和依据。

| Abstract: | From January 12 to February 20 in 2008,Guilin city and counties subjected to the rare chilling icy rain and snow freezing extreme weather event.The traffic,electricity,communication especially agriculture suffered serious disasters.Longest duration times,low average temperature,widespread and strong destruction of power are the main features.By concluding the characteristics of the extreme weather event and analyzing the agriculture disaster situation,some guidance to the agriculture production are put forward. |
