| Abstract: | Potassium chlorate—hydrochloric acid is compared to ascorbic acid—hydrogen peroxide, aqua regia, and nitric—perchloric as a sulphide-selective leach for bedrock geochemistry. Results obtained on granodiorite samples containing copper sulphides indicate that the procedure is probably more selective than the other leaches and has the advantages of rapidity and simplicity. |
