| 摘 要： | 根据港口评价的过程和特点,引入层次分析、模糊综合评判等研究方法,进而提出了修正AHP-模糊综合评判方法,并以此为理论基础建立港口评价模型。该方法在一定程度上减小了主观因素对评价的影响并使港口评价定量化。工程的应用结果证明,该评价方法是可行的。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the study methods such as analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy synthetic judgement are introduced based on the harbor evaluation process and characteristics,and a modified AHP-fuzzy synthetic judgement method is then proposed to formulate a harbor evaluation model.The evaluation method has reduced the effect of subjective factor on harbor evaluation and makes the harbor evaluation quantified.The application of this method to practical engineerings has proved that the harbor evaluation method is feasible. |
