| Abstract: | The investigation on net phytoplankton in the northern of South China Sea in spring of 2005 was carried out with samples taken from 23 grid stations and the results were reported in this paper.A preliminary study of the phytoplankton community structure was studied.A total of 71 species in 3 phyta of net phytoplankton were identified,in which diatoms (50 species) were most dominant and followed by dinoflagellates(22 species) and gold alga(1 species).The average cell abundance of phytoplankton was 3.07 104 c... |
