“膨胀”磁效应

摘    要:压磁效应不一定是震磁关系的唯一可能机制.本文认为,从我国邢台地震区地震与地磁变化观测的事实出发,用压磁效应很难解释震磁之间的关系.因此就提出震源区由于岩石介质的微破裂、膨胀的液体扩散引起地磁场变化的设想,并称此种设想为“‘膨胀’磁效应”. 在简化了的假定条件下,初步计算表明,用此假设讨论地震区地磁场变化的空间分布与实际观测的结果较为符合.有一些检验震例.

Abstract:Piezo-magnetic effect of rock medium is here considered as not the only physical cause of the variation of the geomagnetic field in connection with the occurrence of earthquakes. In this paper,it is believed that from the facts observed in the Xingtai (邢台) Earthquake region in China,the local magnetic variations supposed to be associated with some of the earthquakes can hardly be interpretated by the Piezo-maguetic idea. Therefore,a new idea which is termed as the "Dilatancy-magnetic Effect" has been proposed. It is suggested that due to micro-fracture and dilatancy and fluid diffusion processes taking place in the rock medium at the earthquake source,magnetic effects should be given rise.Preliminary calculations under simplified assumptions show that the space distribution on the basis of dilatancy-magnetic effect agrees rather well with the distribution of the magnetic variations actually observed. Some earthquake examples are illustrated.
