| 摘 要： | 从企业经济联系的角度系统分析了我国经济技术开发区区域带动效应的历史演进,估算了当前开发区的区域带动能力,并从我国国情和社会经济结构分析了影响开发区与区域发展关系的内在机制.研究结果表明,我国开发区的区域带动效应经历了一个由弱到强的过程,目前总体上略弱于韩国和台湾的出口加工区而明显强于其它发展中国家和地区.决定我国开发区与区域发展关系的内在原因有2个方面:一是巨大的市场容量和不断升级的需求结构;二是开发区与国家整体发展战略的协同关系.最后就我国经济技术开发区未来的区域带动效应进行了预测,并就促进开发区与区域统筹发展和正确评价增长极理论提出了建议.

| Abstract: | From the point of economic contacts between enterprises,this paper analyzed the evolution of the driving effect of Economic and Technological Development Zone on region.Then it estimated its current ability,and analyzed its mechanism.The results included: the driving effect of Economic and Technological Development Zone on region has came through a process of from weak to strong.Its current ability is a little weaker than the export processing zones in Korea and Taiwan,but much stronger than that of other countries.There are two reasons of it,one is the huge market and its upgrade requirement structure of China,the other is the unisonous relationship between development zone and the whole development strategy of China.At last,this paper forecasted the driving force in future,and put forward advice for evaluating the Growth Pole Theory correctly. |
